If you want me to build everything around your specific life, goals, schedule and history, and adjust it every week, choose 1:1 coaching. If you have one clear goal and you are happy to follow a proven plan on your own, choose a programme. Not sure? DM me and I will point you the right way.
Which programme is right for me? +
ONYX RACE if you have a HYROX race coming up and want to arrive ready, with running and the minimal strength HYROX needs, built to a taper. ONYX STRENGTH if you have never built a real strength base. ONYX FORM if your main goal is building muscle and looking leaner.
How does ONYX RACE work for my race date? +
ONYX RACE is an 8 week block designed to peak you for one race. You start 8 weeks out, build through the running and station work, and finish with a taper week so you arrive on race day sharp and rested rather than tired. Buy it for each race you want to prepare for.
When does my training start? +
For 1:1 coaching, I build your first block as soon as you sign up and tell me about yourself, usually live within a few days. For RACE, STRENGTH and FORM, your full 8 week block is delivered immediately after purchase, so you can start when you are ready.
What equipment do I need? +
ONYX STRENGTH and FORM need a fully equipped gym with barbells and dumbbells. ONYX RACE needs a way to run plus access to standard HYROX style equipment. For 1:1 coaching, I build the programme around whatever equipment you have, so just tell me what you can train with.
What app do I use? +
Everything runs through CoachRx, on iOS and Android. Once your payment is confirmed you get an invite to download the app and access your plan. Session logging, personal best tracking, health integrations and your training calendar are all inside it.
